Domestic Shipping:

UPS ground shipping takes 1-5 business days to ship. 

International Shipping:

DHL Express:  3-15 days.

When will my order ship?

Unless the chosen items are made to order, you can expect to receive your items within 7-10 business days. 

Changes to shipping address:

The address that is input can not be changed. The items will be shipped to the address that was input when the order was placed. 

Tracking Your Order:

Once the items are shipped, you will receive an email with relevant tracking information. 

Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final, there will be no refund or exchanges. Only exception for a refund is a lost package.

Canceled Orders:
Any order that is canceled will not be refunded.
